LeVain Boulangerie Patisserie

I've heard and wished to visit this place since long time ago but never been there, which located at Jalan Delima, Off Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur. Phew..., I am chilling in here eventually. Thanks for Hann Seng's suggestion. ;P

It is a located in the quiet streets with old bungalow house with a elegant, classy and grand design with a very posh name, LeVain Boulangerie Patisserie (French style bakery). This place is spaciousness and aristocratic, another ideal place for photo shooting, I believe. Every table is fully occupied especially Sunday morning which have attracted more of the expatriate and well-heeled crowd.

LeVain is a self service restaurant, so make your choice and order at the counter, get your drinks and a number for your foods after payment. After few minutes, you will be served with your drinks and foods at you table.

Besides, you can ask the staff to cut your buns or breads or slice your loves to the desired number of slices for each loaf. At the meantime, you will be enticed with the sheer irresistible whiff of freshly baked breads from the oven.

I almost go berserk and loading my tray with almost everything, but putting them back because i cannot decide exactly which I want. I am a 100% bread lover who are effortlessly go overboard with the breads and pastries. Temptations abound at every corner and everything looked absolutely amazing and obscenely delicious.

I have gone through some blogs about this place, no photography on the foods is allowed and gor warned for it. I am just don't understand and wondering why. Well, it is blessed as I am not being prohibited.

Let's pleasure the Macarons which are all bright, cheery, scarily colorful and cloyingly sweet. The color may looks artificially displayed, but its taste is not really what you look. Yet, it is worth for you to try it up.

LeVain is exceptionally different to other bakeries, baked all day in traditional stone oven which impart unique flavor and texture to their breads and pastries. It is a definitely gateway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Anyway, thumb up for the place and the foods. It is totally swept me off my feet and must go back there for more in the future ;D
