Kang San Ea B.B.Q. Korean Restaurant

Kang San Ea 17

Why do I love Korean BBQ? Ermm... I am madly in love with Korean cuisine.

A nice street to be introduced here today, somewhere in Ampang where we call it either "Korean Village" or "Korean Street"! Randomly pick a Korean restaurant and try it out. Come on, just follow my steps and taste it with the pictures taken :-)

Traditionally, the waiters are responsible for the grilling here. Afterwards, you can use your chopsticks to drag a piece of cooked meat through the mixture of sesame oil, salt and pepper. Place it on a piece of fresh romaine cupped in your opposite hand in the manner of a tortilla. Add this with some kimchi and perhaps a dot of bean paster or kouchujang. Wrap and eat!!! And well, heaven just in between your fingers =D

Banchan (refers to small dishes of food served along with cooked rice in Korean cuisine) here are small in portion but big in variety and each of them is refillable too! Just refill and refill on a particular banchan is permitted for sure :P

Dessert is a happiness condensed extremely!! Followed by 'Ice Red Bean', what we named it in Malaysia. The color and the look is much more nicer than the taste indeed.
